Your competencies must include technical management and communication skills to ensure the project is delivered with: Safety, Quality, On Schedule, Sustainability, and Results-Oriented Focus. The professional will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and construction quality. Prior experience in civil construction, negotiation and leadership skills, the ability to resolve problems quickly, and ensuring customer satisfaction are required, as well as training and development of teams under their supervision, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
