**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Cleaning of the condominium, leisure areas, corridors, entrance lobby, parking garages, sidewalks, windows, external restrooms, elevators, garbage removal, lawn mowing, minor pruning, supervision of service providers, water pump control, minor repairs. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Experience in condominium caretaking roles, preferably in high-standard condominiums or building maintenance; basic knowledge of bulb replacement, minor repairs, electrical and plumbing systems; experience in pool cleaning (if the condominium has a pool). **LOCATION:** Novo Hamburgo – Vila Rosa neighborhood **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Base salary + Hazard pay (40%), Meal allowance or Food voucher: BRL 25.42, Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy (for candidates holding a driver’s license registered under their own name), Bulla card (credit card with payroll deduction) – available after contract signing, Health insurance (CCG or Unimed) – optional Employment type: Full-time Compensation: BRL 2,015.07 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Condominium caretaker (Mandatory) Workplace: Onsite
