




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, cash register operation, cash control, issue resolution, and maintenance of the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Cash register operation: Perform opening and closing procedures for the cash register, process cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment. Cash control: Verify and organize cash at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring cash register accuracy. Change: Maintain an appropriate change fund and exchange banknotes and coins as needed. Security: Follow security procedures for cash handling and loss prevention. Reporting: Prepare daily sales and financial transaction reports. Issue resolution: Address cash discrepancies and resolve payment issues with customers.
