Comply with regulations, instructions, and internal processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. Participate in internal and external training programs, following guidance or requests from the immediate supervisor. Understand and adhere to the Operational Philosophy, as well as company policies and objectives, complying with organizational and coexistence rules. Perform other related and inherent duties as directed by leadership. Position located in São Leopoldo / RS. Previous experience as Equipment Operator, Boiler Technician, Furnace Operator, or Process Controller may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
