Development and management of administrative and inventory processes We are seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to join our team! The professional will be responsible for ensuring the acquisition of materials and services with optimal quality and cost-effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** · Receive, organize, and plan the company’s Purchase Orders (POs), aligning requirements with the Workshop and other departments. · Request and compare quotations, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness. · Identify, register, and maintain updated records of suppliers, products, and services. · Qualify and disqualify suppliers according to quality, delivery timelines, and cost criteria. · Research market prices and conditions to ensure competitiveness. · Manage supplier communications and coordinate the issuance and follow-up of Service Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs). · Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and shipment status, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. · Control and maintain up-to-date inventories of materials, parts, products, and supplies (including Arla, warranties, and uniforms). · Support inventory processes by issuing and recording material requisitions and write-offs in the system. · Record and verify invoices, tax withholdings, and payment obligations. · Prepare procurement performance reports, including costs, delivery timelines, suppliers, and departmental KPIs. · Update the system or control spreadsheets, allocating purchases to respective cost centers or responsible departments. · Ensure transparency and compliance in acquisition processes. · Support the immediate supervisor in defining goals and strategies. · Conduct onboarding for new drivers and provide guidance on maintenance requests, where applicable. **Requirements:** · Experience in procurement and supplier management; · Knowledge of inventory control and administrative processes; · Strong communication and organizational skills; · Proficiency in Excel and management systems.
