We are looking for an Infection Control Analyst to join our team in Carlos Barbosa. Required: Completed higher education and active COREN Desirable: Specialization in Infection Control and/or Patient Quality and Safety (completed or in progress) Field of Knowledge: Nursing Requirements: Current salary must not exceed the internal opportunity; Minimum of 6 months in the role; No warnings or suspensions in the last 12 months; Mandatory trainings up to date; Must have the minimum required education for the position; Meet the requirements demanded for the position: profile, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. Activities: * Fully responsible for the design and execution of Hospital Infection Control processes, performing analyses and solving more complex problems. * Permanently seek improvements to the processes within your area of responsibility. * Develop solutions requiring new technologies or processes directly related to the core activities of the business. * Develop guidelines aimed at preventing infections and healthcare risks, as well as validate and monitor technical routines and procedures of multidisciplinary teams. * Participate in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of clinical and managed protocols. * Monitor the implementation and maintenance of the hospital infection control program and the National Patient Safety Program. * Organize and conduct clinical audits at the patient's bedside in care areas, assisting teams in mitigating existing risks and promoting a safety culture. * Create mechanisms that facilitate the development of active epidemiological surveillance, making data collection easier and ensuring its reliability. * Identify, analyze, and manage risks related to healthcare, preventing and reducing any type of harm to patients, staff, or the institution itself. * Promote the integration of risk surveillance processes and data analysis, producing relevant information for decision-making regarding health safety processes. * Provide continuous education to employees, focusing on infection control, aiming to raise awareness and engage all company departments in fostering a safety culture. * Promote and lead the actions of the institution's Patient Safety Unit, ensuring the application of patient safety policies and implementing preventive, control, and risk mitigation actions that could harm patients, staff, or the institution. * Interact humanely with patients, families, and internal clients, following patient quality and safety guidelines. * Promote a just culture within the institution, implementing actions for second victims and operationalizing disclosure.
