The professional will be responsible for developing technical studies and analyses for the implementation, adaptation or improvement of industrial process control and automation systems, working directly in the Engineering department. The role focuses on defining scope, evaluating technical solutions, specifying services, cost estimation, and supplier monitoring; it is not a position focused on programming PLCs, HMIs, or supervisory systems. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop comprehensive technical studies containing objectives, scope, current situation, proposed solution, risk assessment, technical and budgetary feasibility; Conduct field surveys in industrial areas, identifying needs, technical limitations, and interfaces with existing processes; Prepare technical specifications, descriptive memorandums, and service scopes for hiring electro-electronic/automation projects and installations; Request, analyze and compare technical and commercial proposals from supplier and service companies; Participate in technical meetings and monitor supplier visits/inspections to align solutions; Monitor implementation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety standards, and operational requirements; Prepare technical reports, assessments, and formal documentation for internal registration and approval; Act in accordance with safety procedures applicable to risk level 4 industries, ensuring compliance with standards and safe practices; **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Control and Automation Engineering; Postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Automation, Project Management, or Process Engineering; Previous professional experience in risk level 4 industry; Knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation; Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, flowcharts, and technical drawings; Proficiency in documentation and management tools (Office Suite; MS Project, among others); **Desirable Requirements:** Knowledge of automation and instrumentation standards and norms (e.g.: ISA, IEC); Experience in monitoring commissioning and startup of industrial systems; Knowledge of risk management methodologies (e.g.: FMEA, APR, HAZOP); **Behavioral Competencies:** Systemic thinking and strong analytical ability; Organization, technical rigor, and attention to detail; Good oral and written communication, with ability to prepare reports and lead meetings; Interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate with suppliers and internal teams; Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to safety and compliance; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education:* Engineering, Postgraduate - Specialization/MBA Languages:* English (Intermediate) Driver's License: B * Health Insurance (monthly fee only for dependents) * Dental Insurance (monthly fee for employee and dependents) * Life Insurance * GymPass (WellHub) * Psychological, Physical, Nutritional and Physiotherapy Support * Transportation Allowance * On-site Meals
