Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Description** * Coordinate the team within your area of responsibility. * Ensure the smooth operation of all processes within your area of responsibility. * Manage all operational activities of the store under your responsibility (grocery and perishables), making necessary decisions to achieve established targets. **Working Hours** * Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:30 PM to 8:50 PM. Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Prior experience in team leadership and results management; * Bachelor's degree; * Experience in retail, preferably in supermarkets; * Residence near the branch; * Flexible availability.
