Verify dimensional and visual characteristics; perform necessary assembly/functional tests using appropriate instruments; compare results against pre-established specifications in drawings, standards, and GEDORE Quality Management System documentation; Determine disposition regarding issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), releasing items with respective audit results and placing them in the appropriate warehouse center; Evaluate supplier initial samples and sample lots by performing measurements and tests, issuing reports with findings and dispositions; Execute PFMEAs (Process FMEAs), convene and conduct meetings with employees to identify and analyze potential failure effects and their corresponding corrective actions; Conduct product and process audits; Perform inspections at production hold points and final inspection points, forwarding approved parts to the next process and routing others for scrap or rework per disposition; Issue NCRs when defects affect final product quality or hinder subsequent processes;
