Support and guidance to assistant managers 3. Customer service monitoring and audits We are looking for a restaurant manager to work in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre!! Responsibilities: Manage the restaurant by performing shift scheduling, guiding and supporting assistant managers, financial/inventory management, customer service monitoring, audit coordination, procurement, and other related tasks. Requirements: \- Flexible working hours \- Extensive experience in this role (preferably in restaurants) \- Residence in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre (preferably Canoas, Esteio, Sapucaia do Sul) \- Competitive salary aligned with market standards Benefits: Transportation allowance + On-site meal benefit + Health insurance Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance
