We seek a professional responsible for developing and maintaining effective supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and favorable commercial terms, and analyzing the market to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunities. Join the Soprano Group! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead supplier prospecting, evaluation, and approval processes, ensuring alignment with the company's quality standards and technical requirements. * Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing, delivery timelines, and terms, maximizing value for the organization. * Use analytical tools to identify cost-reduction opportunities, contract optimization, and continuous improvement in supply chain performance. * Conduct structured follow-up with suppliers to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon terms. * Collaborate closely with departments such as Planning, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Finance. * Draft, review, and support contract administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. * Conduct technical visits and supplier audits, when necessary, to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas is a plus. * Experience in procurement. * Knowledge of commodity negotiation and tax and duty calculations. * Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Care for You!** At Soprano, we believe a healthy workplace begins with care — for the present and future of our employees.
