Job Summary: Professional responsible for obtaining quotations, negotiating with national and international suppliers, managing procurement processes, tracking purchase orders, and monitoring acquisition costs. Everyone is welcome. **\#JoinUnisinos** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Obtain quotations, analyze commercial proposals, and negotiate with national and international suppliers; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, seeking new opportunities and improved commercial terms; * Manage procurement processes for materials, products, and services, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations; * Track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and other stages of the acquisition process; * Support foreign trade processes when applicable, including documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery of goods; * Collaborate with suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies as needed; * Monitor acquisition and logistics costs, contributing to the identification of optimization opportunities; * Support data and KPI analysis within the Procurement area; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable legislation, and institutional procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of procurement processes, quotation procedures, and supplier negotiation; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365; * Ability to analyze data and monitor processes; * Familiarity with import processes, international trade, customs documentation, and Incoterms is desirable; * Technical/intermediate English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** **Quality of Life and Work-Life Balance** * Reduced working hours: 40 hours per week; * Paid time off during special periods: Carnival, Holy Thursday, and the holiday break between Christmas and New Year; **Food, Mobility, and Convenience** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Free parking or Transportation Voucher; * Pharmacy and bookstore partnerships; **Health, Safety, and Well-being** * Health and dental insurance through Coopersinos Saúde — Unimed, Doctor Clin, and Uniodonto (effective after 90 days of employment); * Life insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass): access to gyms, studios, and wellness activities; * SESC partnership; * Health and Well-being Program featuring content, lectures, and activities focused on mental health, quality of life, well-being, and financial education; * Salary supplementation during social security leave (after 1 year of employment). **Development and Education Incentives** * Internal technology workshops; * Access to the Unisinos Library collection of over 783,000 items; * Scholarships of up to 80% for undergraduate and specialization courses, and 50% for short-term and language courses (available after 90 days of employment); * Scholarships of up to 100% for People with Disabilities pursuing undergraduate studies (available after 90 days of employment); * Reimbursement for early childhood education for children up to 6 years old; * Tuition discounts at partner schools: Kangaroo and Dó-Ré-Mi Kindergartens in São Leopoldo, and Anchieta College in Porto Alegre.
