If this describes you and you’re eager to grow quickly in a dynamic environment, our doors are open. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Product Manager at Construct IN, you will:** * Conduct frequent customer interviews to map opportunities; * Run usability tests with customers; * Draft product development documentation to clearly communicate proposed features and expected outcomes to stakeholders; * Define and monitor performance metrics; * Set objectives and key results (OKRs), managing short- and long-term goals. * Manage the development backlog, prioritizing tasks according to business objectives and aligned with the product vision; * Define the scope of new features, aiming for an MVP that delivers value to users in the shortest possible development time; * Collaborate closely with Designers and Developers to identify optimal solutions and test new functionalities; * Partner with the Customer Success (CS) team to conduct internal and external training sessions for new releases; * Collaborate with the Product Marketing Management (PMM) team to define positioning, develop GTM strategies, and conduct internal training for Sales and CS teams on positioning and demonstrations. * Serve as the guardian of our product culture within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager; * Residency near Porto Alegre, RS, with availability for weekly in-person meetings, planning sessions, and team alignment. **Nice-to-haves:** * Experience as a PM at a startup with up to 50 employees, preferably SaaS B2B; * Experience in scaling and splitting product teams; * Degree in a field related to construction; * Knowledge of UX Design and Figma/Figjam; * Familiarity with Jira and Intercom; * Experience with the Shape Up methodology. **What advantages does working at CIN offer?** * You’ll be evaluated based on deliverables and responsibility—not working hours; * Competitive salary in a meritocratic environment where your earning potential depends solely on your performance; * An environment where your opinions and ideas always have ample space to become reality; **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model in São Leopoldo (RS) * You’ll be evaluated based on deliverables and responsibility—not working hours; * An environment where your opinions and ideas always have ample space to become reality; * Freedom with responsibility * TotalPass — Gym discount * C4 Life and Clude — Platforms supporting physical and mental health * Birthday DayOff We are **Construct IN**, the digital version of construction sites.
