




Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, documenting, and optimizing operational processes; monitoring quality and performance indicators; and performing control and audit activities. Cross-functional collaboration and support for project implementation Main Responsibilities Operational Processes \- Map and document processes (flowcharts, work instructions, SOPs); support implementation of operational improvements (Lean, Kaizen, 5S); monitor process execution in operations (production floor/warehouse); identify bottlenecks, deviations, and optimization opportunities; Quality and Performance \- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, OTIF (On Time In Full), operator productivity, error rate; support root cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa diagram, 5 Whys); prepare operational reports and basic dashboards; Control and Auditing \- Conduct process audits; ensure compliance with operational standards and quality regulations; support investigation of inventory discrepancies; Interface and Support \- Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Quality teams; support operational training; assist in implementing new projects/processes (e.g., new layouts, WMS, automation); Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations (distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing), inventory control, stocktaking, or quality; Practical experience (including internships) in receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes; Basic knowledge of Power BI; Intermediate Excel skills; Basic knowledge of WMS; Understanding of Lean Manufacturing / Lean Logistics, 5S, PDCA, and performance indicators (KPIs); Benefits * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (as preferred), R$ 27.00/day, with 20% employee contribution; * Food Basket, R$ 80.00/month, with 20% employee contribution; * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance (optional), with 6% salary deduction; * Medical Health Plan – Doctor Clin (optional); + Employee coverage: 80% company subsidy of monthly premium; + Dependent coverage: 20% company subsidy of monthly premium; * São João Pharmacy Network (optional); * Birthday gift; * 180-day Maternity Leave; * 20-day Paternity Leave.
