Monitor operational training, documentation, evaluations, and communications related to positions and salaries. Promote internal appreciation and dissemination of the culture of opportunities. Promote and monitor internal development. Serve as the interface between the company and service providers (transportation, cafeteria, health plan, among others). Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
