




Bourbon Hospitalidad is seeking a Guest Agent to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in the city of Atibaia-SP. This professional will be responsible for attending to both internal and external customers, ensuring the execution of activities inherent to the department according to the quality standards established by the company, complying with internal and external regulations and procedures, as well as adhering to and upholding Bourbon Hospitalidad’s general policies. RESPONSIBILITIES. * Greet guests upon arrival, opening the vehicle door and welcoming them courteously. * Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, following company standards. * Prepare a daily activity summary. * Manage room availability for lay-over and blocked rooms. * Carefully schedule guest wake-up calls to meet requested times. * Confirm the daily schedule, verifying whether there have been any changes to room assignments and whether reservations are confirmed. * Submit requisitions to the warehouse, controlling items requested for Guest Service and messenger services. * Receive and track guest requests, ensuring appropriate service delivery through follow-up tracking. * Record external calls and request logs to generate monthly reports showing the number of calls received and requests handled. * Complete the protocol and logbook with guest name, room number, and stay dates. * Track check-in and check-out requests. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, arranging newspapers and magazines, keeping ashtrays clean, and preserving the area’s presentation according to company standards. * Inform guests about hotel services, clarifying questions regarding bar and restaurant operations, and highlighting that the front desk provides brochures for further information. * Control luggage stored in the luggage room, following internal procedures. * Label luggage and store it in the luggage room, releasing it only upon proper presentation of the receipt stub. * Receive and track guest requests, ensuring appropriate service delivery through follow-up tracking. * Receive and record messages for guests and customers clearly and concisely, delivering them at the appropriate time. * Identify issues with the switchboard or telephone lines and request management authorization to arrange maintenance. * Review pending items from the previous shift. * Arrange and call taxis/transfers for guests upon request. * Provide guests with information regarding tours, theaters, and other local attractions. * Deliver welcome gifts to guest rooms during conventions, when applicable. * Escort guests to their rooms and inform them about the amenities offered at the property. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of luggage carts. * Manage parking space allocation at the property, reserving spaces for owners and preventing unauthorized persons and vehicles from entering.
