We value innovation, ethics, and proactive leadership, collectively building a long-term, positively impactful career path. **Main Responsibilities:** Order tracking (shipments and deliveries); Excellence in customer service; Resolving requests via e\-mail, phone, and support tickets; Order entry. **Requirements:** Experience in B2B customer service; Proficiency in Excel; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
