




Job Title: Full Accommodation Attendant Main Responsibilities: - Greet customers in person or by phone in a courteous and efficient manner - Process guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a positive experience - Assist guests with information about hotel services and accommodations - Resolve any customer issues or requests quickly and effectively - Keep guest records and documentation up to date - Support administrative activities related to accommodation - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure excellence in service Required Qualifications: - Completed high school education - At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry - Outstanding communication and customer service skills - Proactivity, empathy, and flexibility to handle various situations - Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, property management systems) - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, French, etc.) - Technical or higher education degree in Hospitality or Tourism - Previous experience in medium- or large-sized hotels Additional Information: - Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM, with a 1-hour flexible reduction ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** null ### **Benefits:** N/A ### **Department:** Operations
