Job Summary: The Senior Administrative Analyst will focus on construction project management, monitoring execution progress, controlling schedules and budgets, and interacting with suppliers and internal departments. Direct interface with GRO and compliance with regulations The Senior Administrative Analyst will primarily focus on construction project management. Responsibilities include monitoring construction and renovation execution, controlling schedule, scope, and budget, as well as interfacing with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to align activities and resolve pending issues. Additionally, the analyst must prepare and update managerial reports, KPIs, and physical-financial monitoring dashboards, participate in technical inspections, building inspections, and quality verifications. The analyst will maintain direct interface with GRO, ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (NRs). The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and demonstrate strong report and indicator development skills. Essential attributes include organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands. Desirable knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Project, or other planning tools.
