Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** The Mid-level Systems Analyst acts as a strategic and operational liaison between business areas and information technology. This professional is responsible for analyzing, identifying, proposing, and implementing robust systemic solutions that optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the organization’s operational efficiency. Their scope spans from business requirements gathering and in-depth process analysis to system implementation, testing, ongoing support, and project management—proactively interacting with internal users and external vendors to ensure optimal solution alignment and performance. * Critically analyze and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and internal customers’ use of information technology tools. * Propose and implement innovative systemic solutions based on industry best practices, ensuring alignment with defined parameters and adherence to the company’s automated processes. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for adopting new solutions or enhancing existing ones, evaluating cost\-benefit and operational impact. * Serve as the single point of contact for ERP system data extraction, transformation, and compilation, as well as other enterprise digital tools. * Perform detailed needs assessment for implementing changes to the Corporate System. * Interact with and negotiate with enterprise system vendors, overseeing development, testing, implementation, and support of modifications to existing programs, new modules, or creation of new programs. * Analyze performance of deployed systems, conducting internal audits to ensure strict compliance with operational and quality standards. * Conduct thorough analyses and tests after project deployment to verify that all functionalities have been implemented and operate per specifications. * Provide proactive and reactive technical support to users of systems under their responsibility, ensuring rapid incident resolution and uninterrupted operations. * Deliver training and accompany users in utilizing developed or third-party acquired systems, ensuring proper functionality, tool adoption, and maximized usage. * Support development and upskilling of Key\-users (key users) within business areas, fostering autonomy and internal knowledge. * Participate in and/or lead process improvement and innovation projects across various departments and units of the company. * Monitor project progress, taking necessary corrective actions to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems and processes, and create detailed user manuals to facilitate understanding and operation for all users. * Develop studies regarding creation and/or modification of methodologies and procedures essential to system development and maintenance. * Support company departments in defining priorities related to systems and software, providing technical information and opinions, and preparing budgets when required. * Keep immediate supervisor informed of any daily challenges encountered, seeking support and guidance to take necessary actions. * Strictly comply with company policies and procedures, quality guidelines, and occupational health and safety policies. * Perform additional tasks of similar nature and complexity, as required by the department and/or leadership request. **Mandatory Requirements** * Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), with emphasis on analytical and presentation tools. * Proven experience in relevant business processes (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Shop Floor, Procurement, Sales), with ability to understand and map workflows. * Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and expert systems, including their functionalities and integrations. * Understanding of database concepts, including modeling, SQL, and data project management. * Fundamentals of systems analysis and design, including requirements elicitation techniques (functional and non-functional), functional specification, and test specification.
