Based at GBC Niš, the role holder will contribute to strategic digitalization initiatives across the EMEA supply chain of a Tier\-1 automotive supplier, working closely with central SCM functions and cross\-functional stakeholders. 1\.1 Core Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the SCM Transformation Roadmap across short\-, medium\-, and long\-term horizons Analyse, document, and optimize existing supply chain processes (e.g. through Process Intelligence / Process Mining approaches) Contribute to SAP\-related projects, in particular SAP TM and SAP APO Drive reporting automation and further development of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI solutions for regional and global reporting Support the evaluation and piloting of RPA approaches (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps) Prepare management presentations, reports, and decision papers Research and benchmark best practices in logistics digitalization (Digital Twin, AI\-driven supply chain planning) Perform data analysis and KPI preparation to support data\-driven decision\-making Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Group IT, EMEA plants) and external partners What are your qualifications? * Qualification Profile (Requirements) 2\.1 Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field 2\.2 Experience Mid\-level: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience with demonstrable exposure to supply chain digitalization or process improvement projects Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is an advantage 2\.3 Required Skills (Must\-have) Fluent English in both written and spoken communication (primary working language) Solid understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, production, distribution, transport) Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Analytical thinking with a structured and self\-driven working approach Strong motivation and enthusiasm for digital transformation and process optimization 2\.4 Desirable Skills (Nice\-to\-have) Additional language skills are an advantage (e.g. German, French, Czech, or others) Initial experience with SAP (e.g. SAP ERP, SAP TM, or SAP APO/IBP) – including from academic or internship settings Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI for reporting and data visualization Experience with or interest in Process Mining / Process Intelligence (e.g. Celonis) Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Understanding of automotive supply chains and Tier\-1 supplier structures Project management experience or familiarity with agile methodologies 2\.5 Personal Competencies Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment Self\-starter with a reliable, results\-oriented working style Willingness to contribute actively in a dynamic transformation environment Intercultural competence and flexibility (EMEA\-wide working context) And most importantly, what can you expect from us?
