Prepare and register purchase orders in ERP systems. Monitor inventory levels of inputs and materials, signaling replenishment needs. Track delivery deadlines and ensure suppliers comply with agreements. Maintain an updated supplier database and commercial terms. Support the buyer in negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Organize invoices, contracts, and purchase-related documentation. Assist in preparing purchasing reports and performance indicators. Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and applicable legislation.
