The candidate will be responsible for performing shipping-related activities, ensuring efficiency, organization, and accuracy throughout the entire shipment and receipt process. Submit your resume and join our team. **Availability required for Shift 2: 4:00 PM to 1:48 AM** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pick items for loading according to Production Order specifications; * Ensure Quality Inspection of batches released by production; * Ensure correct identification and traceability of materials stored in Shipping; * Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) in inventory turnover; * Keep materials organized and secure on shelves; * Monitor and inspect Shipping departures; * Maintain Shipping area organization: shelves, aisles, boxes, and docks; * Comply with safety standards for material handling; * Conduct physical inventory counts; * Assist with item loading when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in shipping or logistics is desirable; * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity; * Easy access to Rincão dos Ilhéus; * Willingness to learn and develop; * Availability for the second shift. **Additional Information** * Meals provided by the company (Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon Snack) \- Only R$ 1.00 deducted per month * Transportation allowance (optional cash payment) \- Only R$ 1.00 deducted per month * Food allowance of R$ 360.00; * Parking; * Semi-annual bonus (based on achievement of collective targets); * Health and dental plans (available after probation period). **CARTROM** is an industry specializing in the conversion of corrugated cardboard boxes and accessories, as well as hybrid packaging systems, offering the market competitive and intelligent solutions for protecting and packaging a wide variety of products. **EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION** -------------------------- Since its founding in 1989, **CARTROM** has invested in technology to develop products and services meeting its customers’ quality requirements, operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and maintaining a continuously trained and updated workforce. **MANAGEMENT MODEL** -------------------- Strategic guidelines underpin the actions of the **Cartrom Management Groups**, which analyze company performance using key indicators, enabling continuous improvement in decision-making aimed at creating customer value.
