Focus on production, quality, and safety targets **Position: Production Manager – Metallurgical Industry** We are looking for a Production Manager with solid experience in the metallurgical industry to lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities; * Manage operational teams, promoting performance and development; * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety targets; * Optimize production processes, reducing costs and waste; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and PCP departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or related fields), completed or in progress; * Proven experience in production management within the metallurgical industry; * Knowledge of metallurgical processes (machining, welding, boiler-making, etc.); * Experience managing teams and leading shop-floor operations; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S); * Proficiency in production KPIs and results management. * Must reside in the Sinos Valley region or nearby. **Profile:** * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Organizational ability and results orientation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and strategic vision. * Ability to solve problems under pressure. **Advantages:** * Demonstrated experience managing machining, welding, and boiler-making teams in production environments. * Postgraduate degree in management or production.
