**Job Summary** The Junior Quality Inspector will be responsible for supporting quality control and assurance activities, directly performing inspections, analyses, and process monitoring, always in compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and food safety requirements. **Location:** Arroio do Meio – RS **Work model:** On-site ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret scheduled analysis spreadsheets. * Complete records and monitor environmental conditions of the process. * Collect samples according to specified orders and timing. * Send samples for laboratory analyses. * Verify the condition of use of tools and instruments. * Conduct inspections, tests, and monitor compliance with regulations and procedures. * Report non-conforming products and services to responsible personnel. * Collect and prepare samples for rapid analyses, as per procedures. * Prepare materials, reagents, or solutions for analyses. * Perform rapid and process analyses following established procedures. * Verify product specifications against defined standards. * Check transportation and hygiene conditions of products. * Meet legal and technical deadlines for product and service release. * Issue product and service release authorizations. * Operate computers and laboratory equipment. * Report issues related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and its programs to designated personnel. * Support compliance with applicable standards, as well as quality and food safety policies. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical training or studies in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields preferred). * Basic knowledge of quality control processes and laboratory analyses. * Familiarity with quality standards, procedures, and documentation. * Availability to work on-site in Arroio do Meio. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in laboratories or quality-related areas. * Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
