Description: Required: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of import/export processes and Brazilian customs legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and control tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis). Desirable: * Completed bachelor's degree or specialization in International Trade / Logistics; * Knowledge of Power BI. Languages: Intermediate English (reading documents and written communication). * Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in managing import and export processes, from initiation to closure of operations. * Verify international documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, certificates, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs legislation and internal requirements/procedures. * Verify costs, enter them into the system, and close import and export processes. * Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local carriers, monitoring deadlines and potential incidents. * Enter information into internal systems and control spreadsheets, maintaining accurate data on shipment status. * Monitor customs clearance and nationalization of goods, as well as removals. * Prepare export documentation (Invoice & Packing List) for different types of processes (temporary export, definitive export, return, and re-export). * Conduct spot quotations (freight, handling, etc.) for import and export processes, following corporate guidelines and seeking optimal logistics operation costs. * Contribute to compliance procedures, including OEA requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies. * Support communication with internal departments such as Tax, Finance, PCPM, Engineering, Quality, etc., to align demands related to international processes. * Support Material Registration to assist customs brokers in proper fiscal classification (NCM), use of tax incentives (PADIS, FIERGS Non-Similarity Certificate), and special regimes (Ex-Tariff, Drawback, etc.). * Schedule and manage pickups for simple shipments (courier door-to-door) for imports and exports. * Monitor delivery of nationalized cargo with local carriers. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of logistics and customs processes. * Perform comparative analyses of logistics costs (freight, warehousing, and other services), when necessary. * Assist with domestic logistics, when required, organizing collection/delivery of finished products in the Brazilian market. * Know, practice, and promote the company’s Integrated Management Policy, committing to perform job-related activities according to current procedures and programs; contributing to achieving defined objectives and goals, and supporting compliance with organizational management system requirements and its effectiveness. * OEA-sensitive position Expected or Desired Experience: Required: * 2 years of experience in activities related to international trade; import/export; international logistics. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
