Apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinControilBrakes** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Junior Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for the following activities:** * Conduct cyclic and/or ad-hoc inventories, performing material, product, and supply counts; verifying physical quantities; checking and recording information in the system; identifying discrepancies; preparing and submitting adjustment forms to ensure accurate stock balances; * Analyze logistics costs by collecting expense data, inventory closing reports, and net billing figures; entering data into a dedicated spreadsheet; analyzing results; creating and monitoring action plans to achieve established targets; * Monitor departmental KPIs, reviewing performance results, conducting critical analysis, identifying cause-and-effect relationships, and developing, tracking, and/or implementing action plans to meet or exceed established goals; * Monitor material flow, verifying receipt and dispatch operations, coordinating priorities with the sales department, processing billed orders, managing loading/unloading schedules, and ensuring carrier service levels — all aimed at optimizing, adapting, and/or suggesting process improvements; * Track logistics process discrepancies, issuing documentation and requesting signatures, complying with timelines and procedures of other involved departments and suppliers to guarantee inventory accuracy and fiscal reconciliation with suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics or related fields; * Basic Excel skills **Desirable Skills / Differentiators** * Active participation in **WMS implementation or improvement projects**, including process mapping, testing, validation, and go-live support * Practical experience in **inbound and outbound logistics**, with proficiency in receiving, warehousing, picking, dispatch, and transportation workflows * Knowledge and application of **emerging logistics technologies**, such as warehouse automation, WMS/TMS systems, data collectors, RFID, and digital solutions for process optimization * Ability to analyze logistics data and KPIs to support decision-making **Additional Information** Administrative Shift — Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:10 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:10 PM #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
