Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for minor conservation and building maintenance tasks, including masonry and plumbing repairs, and will assist with renovations and painting. General Services/Construction Work Location: Av. Getúlio Vargas, No. 3915 – São João Batista Neighborhood – São Leopoldo (Superlegal Brinquedos Headquarters). Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM Job Responsibilities: * Perform minor conservation services on tables, cabinets, and plumbing systems (e.g., door repair or unlocking, screw tightening, replacement of wooden slats in pallets, sink and basin unclogging, etc.); * Assist with construction, renovation, and masonry painting services (e.g., wall and floor repairs, tile restoration, roof repair, leak fixes, waterproofing); Requirements: * Must have experience and knowledge in building maintenance to perform minor repairs/maintenance related to masonry and plumbing; * Must reside near the company or have easy access to the location; * Must be available for travel to maintain stores across the network (RS, SC, and PR); * A driver’s license (Category B) is a plus; Requirements: * Must have experience and knowledge in building maintenance to perform minor repairs/maintenance related to masonry and plumbing; * Must reside near the company or have easy access to the location; * Must be available for travel to maintain stores across the network (RS, SC, and PR); * A driver’s license (Category B) is a plus; **Benefits:** Salary: BRL 1900 + 20% hazard pay.
