Job Summary: In this Export role, you will oversee trading processes, validate orders and payment instructions, and support the planning of international events, delivering our products worldwide. If you thrive on international challenges and possess a strategic mindset, this is the team for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the trading process; * Handle order analysis and confirmation, performing follow\-up and related tasks (receipt, analysis, and execution), releasing orders to the export operations team; * Validate customer payment instructions, ensuring adherence to negotiated sales terms, releasing the process for invoicing, and preparing shipping instructions; * Manage production, dispatch, and tracking of samples and promotional materials for customers under your responsibility, ensuring timely delivery to overseas distributors; * Compile export sales forecast reports for customers assigned to you; * Support the planning and organization of events, such as trade fairs, conventions, showrooms, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields; * Commercial experience in the export sector; * Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory; **Additional Information** On-site work in Farroupilha/RS Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Our story spans over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaborative spirit of hands that, at every step, infuse their passion into everything they do!
