Position of **Senior Procurement Specialist**, based at our **Montenegro/RS** unit. ****Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead strategic procurement processes, ensuring optimal commercial conditions (price, delivery time, quality, and service level). * Develop, qualify, and manage suppliers, ensuring sustainable partnerships aligned with the company’s objectives. * Lead complex negotiations, seeking cost reduction and contract optimization. * Design and implement sourcing strategies (strategic sourcing), including BID/RFQ/RFP processes. * Analyze procurement performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. * Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, Production, and Engineering to align procurement needs. * Identify opportunities for cost savings (cost saving) and operational efficiency gains. * Monitor market trends, supply risks, and price fluctuations. * Support and guide junior/full procurement professionals, contributing to team development. * Ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring procurement process compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Advanced negotiation techniques. * Cost analysis (TCO – Total Cost of Ownership). * Strategic sourcing. * Performance indicator management (KPIs). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Contract management. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * On-site Cafeteria; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Vittude; * WellHub. **A Sustainability Reference for 77 Years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company exemplifies commitment to sustainability.
