Role Description: Responsible for controlling and managing stock, ensuring accuracy between physical and system inventory, material traceability, and logistical support for operations and projects, thereby guaranteeing efficiency, organization, and mitigation of operational risks. RESPONSIBILITIES: Main responsibilities: Control material entries, exits, transfers, and adjustments in the system; Ensure material traceability (batch, serial number, location, and project); Monitor and ensure physical vs. system stock accuracy; Conduct cyclic and general inventories as scheduled; Control critical, high-value, or project-impacting materials; Perform material picking, packaging, and distribution; Ensure correct classification and allocation to cost centers/projects; Manage logistics flow of materials destined for projects; Monitor consumption and replenishment needs; Control reverse logistics (surplus, returns, damages); Mitigate logistical risks affecting deadlines and costs; Execute movements in the ERP; Support warehouse organization and optimization. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience in stock/warehouse control and management; Experience with ERP systems or stock control systems; Experience with inventories (cyclic and general) and accuracy control; Knowledge of material traceability (batch, serial number, or location); Ability to analyze stock discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Experience with stock movements (entries, exits, transfers, and adjustments); Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in project-oriented logistics (implementation, construction, technology); Knowledge of cost centers and project-based control; Experience with technical materials (electronic equipment, CCTV, telecommunications, IT); Experience with reverse logistics; Knowledge of logistics KPIs (accuracy, turnover, consumption); Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; Experience in process improvement and warehouse organization. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal/food allowance Mobility assistance Health and dental insurance Gympass Birthday day off **Work Location:** ---------------------- DGT TECNOLOGIA LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Behavioral competencies: Organization and attention to detail; Analytical ability; Sense of urgency and responsibility; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity; Ability to work under pressure; Systems thinking and results orientation.
