Job Description: Responsible for executing and monitoring procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, quality, and compliance), as well as managing suppliers and contracts, aligning with internal policies and contributing to operational efficiency and cost optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Procure materials, equipment, and services; Conduct quotations, negotiations, and proposal evaluations; Develop and maintain supplier relationships; Evaluate suppliers based on cost, delivery time, quality, and performance; Issue and track purchase orders through delivery; Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and conditions; Support contract management and control; Drive cost reduction and improvement of commercial terms; Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement processes; Support internal departments in defining specifications and requirements; Analyze procurement KPIs (savings, lead time, supplier performance); Conduct ongoing follow-up with suppliers and internal departments. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
