Optimization of outreach strategies and feedback to marketing Job Description: Responsibilities: * Manage the prospecting pipeline (inbound \+ outbound), cadences, follow-ups, and lead prioritization. * Conduct cold calls and email/WhatsApp outreach strategies to generate qualified meetings. * Research companies/lead profiles and map pain points/scenarios/characteristics prior to contact. * Qualify leads according to ICP (budget, urgency, profile, stakeholder). * Overcome initial objections, build rapport, and prepare smooth handover to the Closer. * Schedule meetings for the sales team with sufficiently complete information (summary, key points, profile). * Populate and maintain the CRM (Pipedrive) with data, tags, status, and history. * Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, campaigns, and message rework—what works and what doesn’t. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of active prospecting and inbound. * Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar). * Ability to follow contact cadences and qualification scripts. * Professional writing and clear communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. * Introductory knowledge of methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT. * Routine organization and lead tracking. * Ability to measure basic results (number of contacts, response rate, etc.).
