Job Function Description: A professional responsible for the logistical management of equipment and supporting the coordination of field teams, ensuring control, organization, and availability of materials for project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Inventory control and equipment movement; \- Material sorting and distribution to teams; \- Logistics coordination between commissioning and field operations; \- Support in organizing work fronts; \- Control of equipment inbound and outbound flows; \- Ensuring material traceability. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control; * Experience managing material inbound, outbound, and movement activities; * Experience in material sorting and distribution for operations/field teams; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and control systems (ERP or similar); * Ability to organize and manage logistical processes; * Experience with material traceability (batch, serial number, or location); * Strong communication skills with field teams and internal departments; * Availability for operational work and field support. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in technical project logistics (implementation, construction, technology); * Basic knowledge of video surveillance systems (VMS, cameras); * Experience leading or coordinating operational teams; * Experience managing materials per project/cost center; * Familiarity with logistical planning and work front organization. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal/Voucher allowance Mobility assistance Health and dental insurance Gympass Birthday day off **Work Location:** ---------------------- DGT TECNOLOGIA LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:00 TO 12:00 \- 13:12 TO 18:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Behavioral competencies: \- Organization and attention to detail; \- Proactivity and sense of urgency; \- Leadership ability; \- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; \- Responsibility and commitment; \- Ability to work under pressure; \- Operational mindset and results orientation.
