Customer service with clear and professional communication **Job Description:** A professional responsible for working in the endorsement department, playing a strategic role in the release of imported cargo. Directly performs analysis and verification of import documentation, checking information accuracy, compliance with customs regulations, and necessary system releases to ensure successful cargo delivery. Provides support services for billing and import operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organization in administrative routines.
