Getúlio Vargas, 3915 – São João Batista, São Leopoldo** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00 (On-call availability from 18:00 to 22:00, weekends, and holidays)** **Job Description:** We are seeking an **IT Assistant** to provide technical support to Superlegal Brinquedos’ stores and administrative departments, ensuring continuous operation of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote support, logging and tracking service requests, ensuring SLA compliance, and adhering to company-established policies and procedures. This is an opportunity for proactive, communicative, solution-oriented, and committed individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to technical support requests (on-site and remote) for stores and administrative areas; * Log, track, and manage all support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance; * Perform hardware maintenance: computers, laptops, mini PCs, printers, and peripherals; * Provide software support: Microsoft Office suite, open-source office suites, Windows operating systems (Linux knowledge preferred); * Configure and support networking equipment: modems, switches, cabling, IP addressing, and network topologies; * Configure smartphones and provide mobile telephony support; * Support end users with a focus on quality, clarity, and issue resolution; * Maintain organization, security, and proper functioning of IT equipment; * Work on-call outside regular business hours, weekends, and holidays; * Drive as needed for external support visits (valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B required); * Travel occasionally for store support and preventive maintenance (states of RS, SC, and PR); * Travel for store openings to perform equipment installation and testing; **Required Knowledge:** * General hardware (printers, computers, laptops, mini PCs, peripherals); * Software (Microsoft Office and equivalents, Windows; Linux knowledge preferred); * Internet and networking (modem and switch configuration, cabling, IP addressing); * Mobile telephony (smartphone configuration); * Camera and DVR monitoring (preferred); * Prior experience in technical support and end-user assistance; * Retail industry knowledge or experience is a plus. **Desired Behaviors:** * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Assertiveness * Problem-solving orientation * Conciseness * Flexibility * Commitment Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Driver’s License: Category B Willingness to travel
