If this is you, we want to meet you! **Prerequisites** Availability to work 100% in-person in Santa Maria/RS. Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in civil construction and PPCI project management. Task management, measurements, physical and financial control of construction projects. Internal customer service and contract management. Knowledge of civil construction and electrical installations is required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (intermediate level) is mandatory. Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT/NBR), urban legislation, and regularization procedures. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required. **Expected Behavioral Skills** Excellent communication skills, ability to interact across departments, and conflict mediation skills are required. Personal attributes – proactive, organized, time-management oriented, dynamic, and solution-oriented. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Develop, review, and analyze architectural and building installation projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, legal regulations, and internal guidelines. Ensure technical feasibility and safety of proposed solutions. Monitor and inspect construction, renovation, adaptation, and maintenance projects, conducting site visits and field documentation. Ensure execution according to design, schedule, and established quality standards. Support budget preparation, physical and financial scheduling using planning and control tools. Ensure predictability, cost control, and adherence to project deadlines. Accompany technical inspections, audits, and property inspections, preparing documentation and liaising with competent authorities. Ensure legal and technical compliance of buildings. Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for properties, including Technical Responsibility Record (ART), Technical Responsibility Registration (RRT), reports, drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure traceability, legality, and organization of area-related information. Assist in supplier and service provider contracting and monitoring, drafting technical scopes, overseeing measurements, and issuing completion certificates. Ensure quality and compliance of contracted services. Support property regularization efforts and license/permit acquisition, interacting with public agencies and preparing required documentation. Ensure legality and regular operation of buildings. Participate in technical meetings with internal customers and partners, representing the Engineering department. Align requirements, present solutions, and ensure organizational needs are met. Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for activities under your responsibility, consolidating technical and operational data.
