Customer service We are seeking an Office Assistant – Receptionist to work at an accounting office located in Estância Velha/RS. The position is permanent (CLT) with a salary of R$ 2.000 + benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:45 PM to 5:33 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and accounting support for the office; * Organize, digitize, and file documents; * Issue and verify electronic invoices; * Enter data into accounting systems; * Prepare and update spreadsheets; * Provide customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting or related fields currently in progress are desirable); * Good communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in accounting offices or administrative routines; * Basic knowledge of tax and accounting legislation; * Experience with accounting software and electronic invoice issuance. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (R$ 500); * Gympass.
