Open new distribution channels for LIFE and AFFINITY insurance products – with emphasis on prospecting. Train business partners’ staff on MAPFRE products and processes. Monitor daily performance metrics: revenue, conversion rate, average ticket value, lead volume, and claims ratio. Collaborate with partners on incentive campaigns. Serve as the regional MAPFRE reference for LIFE and Retail Mass-Market insurance products.
