




Job Summary: An engineering professional to support the Site Manager, ensuring quality, safety, project monitoring, and material control. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the Site Manager and quality management. 2. Assisting with site safety and project monitoring. 3. Contributing to waste reduction and material control. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the Site Manager by collecting and relaying necessary information for ongoing activities; * Assist in implementing the Quality Management System by inspecting work and completing required records; * Support compliance with site safety regulations as per current legislation; * Assist in measuring completed work and measurements with the Financial Agent; * Support teams in interpreting and understanding project documents; * Contribute to implementing best practices aimed at waste reduction, resource conservation, site organization, and cleanliness; * Assist in guiding and supervising civil engineering interns; * Monitor on-site material consumption, track deviations from budgeted amounts, and seek loss reduction; * Support team composition, task allocation, and activity monitoring; * Assist in controlling production of subcontracted teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and plans defined in the Look Ahead; * Monitor work execution, verifying compliance with company-established quality standards, Work Instructions (WIs), and procedures; * Assist in requisitioning and requesting materials needed for activity execution; * Ensure proper implementation of Work Instructions (WIs) and Inspection Plans (IPs), guaranteeing continuity and quality of construction processes. * Salary: To be negotiated.
