We are recruiting sales representatives with an ambitious profile. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role is to transform lives through professional qualification. Experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and your team. Instituto Mix is recognized as the largest professional training institution in the country. With over 600 units and 200 available courses, we operate across a region serving more than 3,900 municipalities. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary + commission + bonuses + incentives Fixed salary (formal employment): BRL 1,800 + attendance bonus: BRL 200.00 Initial compensation: BRL 2,400 to BRL 4,500 (fixed + variable). Commission starts from the first sale. Daily and weekly bonuses. Formal employment contract (CLT) Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–11:30 AM and 1:30 PM–7:00 PM / Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
