Teamwork and organization **Job Description:** We seek a Pizzaiolo with experience in buffet-style service (rodízio), who is agile and organized, to work on continuous pizza production, ensuring quality, standardization, and prompt service to the dining area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of dough, sauces, and ingredients * Assembly and baking of savory and sweet pizzas * Continuous production for buffet-style service (rodízio) * Quality control and presentation of pizzas * Organization and cleaning of the workstation * Inventory management and support in stock control * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations **Requirements:** * Experience as a Pizzaiolo, preferably in buffet-style service (rodízio) * Agility and stamina for high-volume work * Knowledge of food handling * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with wood-fired ovens or conveyor ovens * Knowledge of dough stretching **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Sunday, from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM\. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Performance bonus * Attendance card Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
