If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Monitor and execute inspection, supervision, and oversight activities related to contracted processes, in accordance with internal procedures and current safety standards, to contribute to meeting the defined schedule. **Detailed Description:** * Monitor project phases, maintain records, and complete the construction diary according to the physical-financial schedule, to support achieving cost targets, quality standards, and defined productivity indices. * Supervise activities performed by service providers, ensuring they are executed within scope and technical specifications, and in compliance with established standards and procedures; assess service quality and adherence to execution timelines, and support measurement and evaluation of delivered services to enhance accuracy in payment processing. * Evaluate service providers’ engineering designs for compliance with technical data and specifications, to identify potential issues affecting feasibility of execution. * Maintain timely and appropriate information flow with other company departments, in line with internal procedures and defined schedules, to meet operational demands and ensure accurate planning of required resources. * Prepare various technical reports to meet internal requirements and support decision-making. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues at the start of each shift and/or training sessions related to work stages, gaining awareness of job-related risks and conditions, correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), and becoming familiar with scheduled tasks—aiming to minimize unsafe conditions and prevent accidents. * Perform assigned duties as per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate supervisors—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
