




**Job Description** * Develop social service area projects, contributing to actions aligned with Institutional Policy; * Conduct various social follow\-ups, mediating conflicts between employees and the company; * Carry out initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in communities surrounding stores through donations, social support to communities, and educational talks; * Receive and analyze community\-related demands and social actions originating from different departments within the company or municipality; * Conduct socioeconomic assessments of employees to understand their social profile, as well as usage of leisure, food, health services, among others; * Activate specific services to support and/or monitor identified cases according to severity and/or vulnerability; * Systematically monitor employees on leave due to health issues, disability benefits, work accidents, maternity leave (from the beginning of leave until return and reintegration into work), and other occasional absences; * Act as a facilitator for employees dealing with social security in cases of work accidents, medical evaluations, retirements, and benefit approvals. **Prerequisites** * Higher education in progress or completed in Social Service or Psychology; * Experience in organizational environments; * Knowledge of safety programs such as: PPRA, PCMSO, PPCI, etc.
