Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completion of elementary education required; * Experience in general civil construction, including water and sewage hydraulic installations, project interpretation, sketches and technical drawings, working at heights using ladders, scaffolds or hydraulic equipment, performing tasks in confined spaces per specific training and safety standards, as well as other related activities; * Driver's License Category B desirable; * Availability for rotating shifts: 5x2, 21x2 or 90x10 – from 07:30 to 17:18; * Residency in the state of Rio Grande do Sul is a plus; * Willingness to travel and stay in accommodation. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Ensure execution of general civil construction services—such as foundations, block laying, scratch coat, plastering, cladding, and demolition—in accordance with projects and technical instructions, guaranteeing quality and compliance of works; * Carry out water and sewage hydraulic installation activities following technical standards and execution projects, ensuring proper operation of hydraulic systems; * Interpret projects, sketches, and technical drawings—with supervision support—to execute services, ensuring construction compliance with engineering requirements and site supervisor specifications; * Perform work at heights using ladders, scaffolds, or hydraulic equipment, adhering to safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment; * Perform tasks in confined spaces—e.g., galleries—per specific training and safety regulations, ensuring physical integrity and correct task execution; * Support base layout and topographic surveying, assisting surveyors in marking points and alignments, contributing to civil works precision; * Construct formwork and square structural elements, ensuring correct alignment and geometry in substations and transmission lines; * Support field information gathering by providing data and observations to assist the engineering team in developing and adjusting civil projects; * Provide technical support during ongoing activities under direct supervisor guidance, monitoring activity execution and ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards; * Assist the foreman in activity planning, contributing technical and organizational suggestions to optimize resources and workflow; * Install and renovate fencing per technical specifications and supervision instructions, ensuring physical integrity of fences and boundary demarcations; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), as well as tools and machinery under one’s responsibility, safeguarding one’s own and team’s safety and equipment maintenance; * Execute all activities per applicable standards and procedures, applying Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) for non-routine tasks to prevent accidents; * Operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment when authorized, following operational manual procedures to ensure correct and safe use of assigned resources. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based assistance for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s power sector.
