




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling production, monitoring labor attendance, supervising field activities, and preparing various reports for cost allocation and billing. Verification of special services performed for cost allocation **Brief Description:** Records production output and monitors labor attendance. Supervises production activities, verifies load assignments, and checks documentation. Completes reports, forms, bulletins, loading plans, and receipts. **Detailed Activity Description:** * Receive from the previous shift the list of equipment in operation, reporting their availability to the immediate supervisor; * Record personnel incidents, such as absences and tardiness, to provide data for the immediate supervisor; * Monitor equipment activities in the field, documenting services under execution, personnel operating the equipment, start and end times of machine and equipment working hours, downtime hours, and reasons for stoppages; monitor bus routes to enable service control and measurement for cost calculation and allocation; * Perform weekly labor force control registration, including number of employees, their roles, types of work, shifts, start and end times of workday, hours worked, downtime hours, and other relevant data; date, sign, and submit to the responsible person for cost and productivity analysis; * Verify special services performed, recording service types, materials used, location, personnel involved, equipment utilized, and time spent, to forward to the responsible person for cost allocation; * Prepare billing reports according to each supervisor’s cost allocation, submitting them for approval and authorization of invoice issuance; * Forward approved reports together with the company’s internal control records to personnel responsible for invoice issuance; * Activities related to the department Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
