




A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: * Carry out the entire recruitment and selection process for professionals across various company departments, from profile alignment to final hiring; * Register resumes in the human resources management system and continuously update information; * Advertise job openings through various recruitment sources; * Screen resumes and conduct initial contact with selected candidates; * Conduct in-person, phone, or video conference interviews; * Administer behavioral tests and assessments; * Facilitate group dynamics and other stages of the selection process; * Prepare reports and analyses on recruitment and selection outcomes; * Maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other institutions for partnerships in internship and trainee programs. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing higher education degree in Psychology; * Proven prior experience in Recruitment and Selection companies; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Knowledge of interview techniques and psychological testing; * Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Proficiency in HR and people management software; * Advanced knowledge of the Office suite.
