REQUIREMENTS * Advise on / implement technical innovations and improvements in rigging engineering. * Conduct technical analysis of the site and all resources used in service execution through rigging studies. * Provide technical development for operational teams through activity supervision, training, technical handovers, etc. * Perform control and define movement of crane components. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and AutoCAD 3D. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and civil technical drawings, as well as create technical drawings. * Advanced knowledge in interpreting and developing rigging plans. * In-depth understanding of safety standards applicable to crane and trailer operation and maintenance, with ability to implement strict safety practices. Familiarity with local and international regulations related to heavy equipment maintenance and compliance with legal requirements.
