Register and maintain customer information, ensuring data quality, integrity, and timeliness for the company’s commercial, financial, and credit processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register new customers in the company’s systems. * Analyze and verify received registration documentation, checking its compliance and validity. * Update registration data whenever necessary, maintaining accurate and complete information. * Consult credit protection agencies and other information sources to support customer and credit analysis. * Support the Credit and Collections department in collecting and validating documents for establishing or reviewing credit limits. * Control and archive physical and digital documentation related to registrations. * Assist in identifying and correcting inconsistencies in system records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields (in progress) are desirable. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * ERP systems. * Customer registration, credit, and collections routines. * Basic understanding of credit analysis and corporate documentation. * Fundamental knowledge of CNPJ, corporate bylaws, state tax registrations, and fiscal documents. **Additional Information** * Work model: on-site.
