**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil or Production Engineering;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B);
* Willingness to reside in São Leopoldo-RS;
* Experience with planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Advanced Excel), ability to read and interpret executive project documents, and practical knowledge of substation and/or transmission line construction is desirable;
* Availability for technical visits and occasional travel;
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
Develop detailed physical and physical-financial schedules; periodically update schedules by incorporating physical and financial progress data; monitor field activity execution; control schedule deviations; integrate information from engineering, procurement, and construction areas; and perform other related and inherent duties.
Develop detailed physical and physical-financial schedules using tools such as MS Project, based on technical and contractual scopes, to ensure structured construction planning.
Periodically update schedules by incorporating physical and financial progress data, to reflect the actual project status and support decision-making.
Monitor field activity execution through technical visits and interactions with construction teams to identify deviations and propose replanning when necessary.
Control schedule deviations via analysis of WBS, critical path, S-curves, and resource histograms, aiming to mitigate impacts on schedule and budget.
Integrate information from engineering, procurement, and construction areas, consolidating technical and logistical data to ensure schedule feasibility and coherence.
Participate in alignment meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients, contributing updated planning information and analyses to promote coordinated decisions.
Support the preparation of management reports and performance indicators (KPIs), providing structured data and critical analyses for monitoring construction performance.
Identify planning-related risks, assess potential impacts, and propose mitigation measures to ensure project continuity and predictability.
Ensure schedule compliance with regulatory standards for the electric power sector and contractual requirements, guaranteeing technical and legal conformity.
Prepare and review planning technical documents, such as baseline schedules, progress curves, and action plans, in accordance with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
Consolidate and maintain up-to-date planning databases, promoting traceability and integrity of information used in project management.
Support the planning team in operational analyses, contributing to the execution of less complex tasks and the development of technical competencies.
Use corporate systems and project management tools, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and collaborative platforms, to record and share planning information.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of planning processes, suggesting adjustments and standardizations based on lessons learned and operational demands.
Ensure the quality and reliability of planning information, guaranteeing that data accurately reflects construction progress and supports strategic decision-making.
